Mold Make
We can manufacture all kinds of injection molds, fixtures and various mold parts processing for customers. The company is equipped with precision mold processing equipment and a complete management system. Before mold production, a detailed DFM plan evaluation and in-depth communication with customers will be conducted. Finally, mold trial, sample inspection, CPK confirmation, and sample signing will be carried out to ensure mold and quality of products.
Commonly used mold materials are: Japan Datong/Sweden ASSAB SKD-61, DC-53, SKD-51, ViKiNG, 1.2344, S-STAR, etc., and use vacuum heat treatment or cryogenic treatment according to the actual use environment and material characteristics.
Quality control
SW Precision Mold Co., Ltd is an ISO9001 certified company, we have advanced mold making equipment and inspection instruments, meanwhile, we conduct a strict quality control procedure, in this way, every stage from designing, manufacturing to processing always in good quality control. We conduct mould quality control flow chart include mold base / steel / mold component / electrode checking, mold checking before assembly, mold inspection before delivery, providing mold components dimension report along with delivery.
Injection Molding
We have more than 30 high-speed electric injection molding machines (50T-600T) such as HAITIAN, FANUC, 10 vertical injection molding machines to ensure our production accuracy and quality requirements. Workshop is equipped with dehumidifying dryers, mold temperature machines, crushers and other related supporting equipment. Materials we stock and produce are: PEEK, PAEK, PPSU, PEI, LCP, PPS, PFA, PVDF, PCTG, PET, PA66, other ultra-high temperature materials and advanced engineering plastic materials. Maximum temperature of material is 430℃, and mold temperature can reach 220°C.
